Abyssine Cream Review

abyssine imageWith so many wrinkle creams on the market today, it is difficult for consumers to know what wrinkle creams work delivering on what they claim they can do and what they can't. Finding information on many of these products is often difficult and so consumers often pay money for products that simply don't work. Reviews are one way for the consumer to become informed on the latest products to hit the market and find the good and the bad of these products. This review takes a look at >Abyssine wrinkle cream.

Product Overview

Abyssine wrinkle cream is made by Kiehls, a company that has been in business for about 150 years and has a decent reputation for many of it's products. This particular wrinkle cream according to the official site is supposed to improve your skin's texture and clarity, minimize fine lines and wrinkles and give your face an youthful glow.

Kiehl's does list the ingredients contained in this product and in this case Abyssine has an extremely long list of ingredients. The three main ingredients however, is Abyssine 657, which claims to both soothe and protect your skin. Apricot kernel oil which is said to soften, moisten and retain the suppleness of skin and Coralline extract oil which is said to strengthen the layers of the skin.

This all sounds great and this product is backed by a money back guarantee which is just as well as this product is quite expensive costing over $40.00 a jar. But does the product really work?

Does Abyssine Really Work?

The bottom line here and what you the consumer wants to know is does Abyssine Wrinkle Cream really work and deliver on all its claims - and the simple answer is that no one knows. There seems to be absolutely no testimonials from anyone anywhere saying that they tried this product and that it worked. While any product website can post testimonials, many of which may be fake, the complete absence of any testimonials for Abyssine is somewhat suspicious. In addition, there seems to be no clinical trials to back up any of Abyssine's claims. In fact, there seems to be a complete absence of any information about whether this product works or doesn't work leaving one to draw their own conclusions strictly from the list of ingredients.

Luckily the company does list the ingredients for the Abyssine wrinkle cream and the list is quite a lengthy one. While many of the ingredients are common to other wrinkle creams, the sheer amount of ingredients leaves one to wonder just how much of any ingredient can be present in this product. Judging by the list it doesn't seem likely that there is enough of any one ingredient to do much of anything. Since many of the ingredients are moisturizers, this cream may well moisturize the skin. But as to reducing wrinkles, there is a grave doubt about it's ability to do that as there is no ingredient listed that would either add collagen or help in the manufacturing of collagen, which is essential in providing long term results for lessening the appearance of wrinkles.

In conclusion this product may be a great moisturizer but, it highly doubtful if it can live up to any claims of reducing wrinkles. There are better choices that have proven results.
