Hydrolyze Review

Hydrolyze is an eye wrinkle cream made by Hydroxatone. The makers of this eye cream claims that it will reduce under eye puffiness, lighten dark rings under eyes, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles - resulting in a younger more rested looking appearance for the user.

The two main ingredients in Hydrolyze is Haloxyl which is said to massage the capillaries under the eyes resulting in the reduction of puffiness and dark circles and Matrixyl 3000 which is active ingredient known for reducing fine lines. The product is well advertised and quite effective and has gotten both great and terrible reviews.

Does Hydrolyze Really Work?

There is little doubt that Matrixyl 3000 is extremely effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles in most cases and it seems to do the trick in the product resulting in easing crows feet and other fine lines under and around the eyes. So, in this aspect this product does seems to do a commendable job as do many other anti wrinkle creams containing Matrixyl 3000. However, there seems to be mixed reviews about the effectiveness of Haloxyl for reducing the dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.

While many consumer reviews herald Hydrolyze and claim it does indeed reduce either the dark rings or the puffiness under the eyes, other consumer reviews claim that Hydrolyze has little effect on bags and dark circles. A look at the reviews on Amazon.com suggests that not only does this product not only not deliver on it's ability to reduce dark rings and circles but, in some cases results in the eyes stinging and tearing up a great deal. While this may be an allergic reaction it should be noted as a possible side effect of using the Hydrolyze cream.

Of even more concern were the number of overwhelming negative reviews for Hydrolyze claiming that there was little or no difference in under eye puffiness or darkness. In addition, many consumers complained that the company put pressure on them to purchase several months supply at one time and that returning the product when they found it ineffective created problems that should not have existed. Many consumers rated the customer service of this company as being as poor as its product.

Should You Buy Hydrolyze?

While Hydrolyze does seem to deliver on it's ability to reduce fine lines and and wrinkles around the eyes, the reviews are mixed on whether or not this product reduces under eye puffiness or the appearance of deep wrinkles. In addition, some consumers report that Hydrolyze has the negative effect of causing their eyes to burn and tear.

In addition, consumers are not pleased with the customer service of this company and site the expense of the product as a handicap.

Although Hydrolyze does seem to work like advertised for some consumers, it does little to help others, considering the possible negative side effect of tearing and stinging eyes, the poor customer service and the price of this product. It might be advisable for those looking for a way to reduce under eye puffiness and circles to find a product with more positive reviews with a lower price tag.
